3,629kg (8,000lb) Lifting Capacity
The 8000TL raises the TL range’s heavier end to 3,629kg, aimed at trucks and SUVs that sit beyond a 6,000 lb portable lift. TL models now lift 1,000 lb more than the previous generation, so pickups and larger 4x4s stay within the rating.
940–1,524mm Lift Point Spread
The 1,797mm frames carry a lift point spread of 940mm to 1,524mm, matching the layout of the 6000TL but in 318mm-wide frames built for heavier vehicles. Wider frames give a truck or SUV more contact area to sit on, so weight is spread along the frame rather than concentrated at one point.
622mm Lifting Height From an 89mm Profile
The frames reach a lifting height of 622mm with the stackable blocks fitted and sit just 89mm off the floor when lowered. Taller vehicles still clear the frames on the way in, and the 622mm working height is enough for brake, wheel and underbody access.
Dual-Position Automatic Safety Locks
Automatic safety locks are fitted to each TL and TLX frame and glide into place as the frames rise, so a loaded vehicle is held mechanically at height. The frames carry Automotive Lift Institute (ALI) certification for the industry’s recognised safety and performance standards.
Four 50mm and Four 76mm Rubber Blocks Included
Four 50mm (2in) medium blocks and four 76mm (3in) tall blocks arrive with the lift, along with two frame-positioning handles. Stackable blocks let technicians set the contact height to suit different vehicle lift points without buying extra adapters.
45kg Portable Frames, No Fixed Installation
Each frame weighs 45kg and rolls on durable urethane wheels, and the hydraulic power unit detaches from the frames for storage. No bolting is required, so the lift can serve a workshop bay, home garage or driveway and be moved aside when the space is needed.
